Contrary to popular belief, an effective natural body building diet requires you to increase your intake not just of protein, but of carbohydrates and fats as well. I did really well on the Monday, then started to slip on the tuesday... back to old habits by Wed/Thur. Did RPM at the gym on Saturday and plan to go every saturday as well as pump up the excercise this week - didn't do a lot last week which probably contributed. I have purchased a dress on trade me for a wedding in april, so go some motivation.

So.. Goal for this week... beef ...

in the 1st week of the diet, are we allowed to eat any of the negitive calorie foods?

and aslo my mum loves her coffee in the morning and thoughout the day. is she allowed to continue drinking her coffee as per normal? or does she have to stick to the diet?

Happy New Year to everyone!

This is my first attempt at adding to forums etc so hope this ends up in the right place!

I have just started my diet on this plan... like many others i have tried many different diets etc and most work for a while then the bad habits kick in and the weight slams back on...always faster than I lose it unfortunately.

Currently I am 60.3 kg having lost 2-3 kg in the last few months mucking around with bits of different diets etc plus exercise. I was around 55kg ...

Hi.

Me now= 41 years old. 74.9kgs 5'4" and goal weight is 60 kgs

Weight has never been a struggle until the doctor suggested I take Depo as a form on contraceptive. In 12 months of taking it I went from 64kgs to 75kgs! To be honest that was partly to blame. I too started a relationship that eventually became my better half. I after a long time became happy and contended within myself. TOO HAPPY THOUGH!

Now 5 years on and I have maintained the 74.9 KGS inspite of stopping ...
